Emmanuel Dupaty

Louis Emmanuel Dupaty (Blanquefort, Gironde, 31 July 1775 – Paris, 30 July 1851) was a French playwright, naval officer, singer, journalist and administrator of the Bibliothèque de l'Arsenal. His brother was the sculptor Louis Dupaty.
